Key points
Economic Analysis
During the design and work phases we carried out economic analysis and detailed planning. Following the first survey, we developed a detailed offer for each element and job activity. Following design updates we have revised the offer in full compliance with the plans agreed with the customer. We have made savings by proposing alternative materials. For the kitchen, for example, we proposed a marble-effect tile instead of marble, a more durable material that also allowed us to reduce the costs of this element.
CONCEPT
The Geneva apartment project is characterized by essential and functional design, which aims at the highest space optimization. The clear and neutral color palette, with a predominance of beige and gray tones, creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for daily life. The design exploits the natural light coming from the large windows, creating a diffused lighting that enhances the lines cleanliness and the furnishing simplicity. In the living room, the intelligent space use is evident in the furniture arrangement that, with their sober design, minimize the encumbrance. The presence of fitted wardrobes and low furniture allows one to make the most of the available surface, keeping the environment tidy and spacious. This project reflects a contemporary approach to interior design, in which the simplicity of the shapes and the sobriety of the tones contribute to create elegant and functional spaces.

Meet different needs
One of this project’s main challenges was to meet the needs and desires of all involved; the external architecture studio, the client and the construction management. Each actor involved has specific expectations and requirements that must be harmonized to ensure the success of the project. The architecture studio focuses on innovation, aesthetic quality, and respect for the project, the customer requires that his expectations are met, while the construction management focuses on the efficient management of the project and construction site. The keys to success were continuous dialogue, repeated meetings and the constant exchange of views and ideas.
